Road Report: Mike Towey from the Towey Design Group reviewed the report that his firm prepared for the board.  Woodland Drive and the Lanes each have a report along with costs broken out for each lane.  Some of the lanes are in good repair (Bluebird and Eagle for example) while Chickadee Lane was noted for its disrepair with an estimated cost of $264,00 to get it into good shape.  Mike will prepare a 10 year priority list with the most needed repairs heading the list.  The board set December 13 for a public meeting at the Black Hawk Fire Hall for a discussion of the report and how to pay for the project.  Mike will also prepare some display charts that for the meeting.

There was a tax deposit of 118.50 for September.
