Income Report

August highlights:

Quarterly loan payments for the water projects were made.

Water Report: The transducer which reads the water pressure (level) of the Lark Lane tanks was hit by lighting twice, August 25 and September 4.  An electronic circuit board (PLC) was also damaged.  All were replaced by Dakota Pump and when the invoices are received we can submit an insurance claim for the repairs.  The SCADA system alerted Clearwater to the problem in both cases.

Later in September Clearwater will exercise the various valves in the system to make sure they operate as expected.

Jim suggested that we have a backup pump available for pump-house #1 which pumps water from the tanks near Junco Lane up to the Lark Lane tanks.  Dylan will check into that and get us a price.
