Call: The
meeting was called to order at 6:33pm, January 11, 2023. In attendance were Lois Lund, Dylan Striebel
(Clearwater Consulting) and board members Jared Nooney and Jim Stewart. A quorum did not exist.
Adoption
of Agenda: A
quorum did not exist so the board heard the reports from Lois and Dylan and
adjourned.

highlights:
The South Dakota Public
Assurance Association sent our renewal packet and invoice for $1,823.41. In 2022 the renewal amount was $1,718.30.
Water
Report: The heater for the Lark Lane
tank building had failed and was replaced.
In 2023 several water tests are due and the lab expense is expected to
be $2,727. A bug in the billing program
resulted in the previous month's balance showing as past due on most of the
bills and that has been corrected. Lois
received roughly 30 calls from residents regarding the error.
