Call: The
meeting was called to order at 6:31pm, November 9, 2022. In attendance were Lois Lund and Dylan
Striebel (Clearwater Consulting) along with board members: Garry Colasardo, Peggy Severson, Jim
Stewart and Jared Nooney.
Adoption

voting quorum was recognized. The
agenda was presented and approved by a 4-0 vote.

Water
Report: A
quiet month for the water system. Dylan
replaced two radio transmitters from residential meter pits. Those transmitters are under warranty and
Dylan has sent them to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
First
Resource Solutions said that well-house upgrades will begin in December or
January.

tax deposit of $149.69 was received in October. New checks had to be ordered because of the Great Western / First
Interstate merger and that came to $32.90.
