Old Business:
The board has tabled any action on resurfacing Woodland Drive until
2023.
New Business:
Bobby Sadler resigned his position on the WHSD board and Jim Stewart was
appointed to replace him with a 3-0 vote.
Garry will take over as president and Jim will fill out the rest of
Bobby's term which expires in July 2023 and assumes the duties of recording
secretary.
The board received an estimate of $9,975 from All-Pro Maintance to refurbish pump-house number 2 near 9005
Woodland Drive. The project will include
replacement of the siding with cement fiber board, remove and replace the
insulation, pouring of concrete footings and installation of a floor
drain. Also a new custom insulated door
will be installed. This should
winterize the pump-house and prevent freezing conditions inside and keep out
the critters outside. Some furries make
a home inside during the winter months.
The board approved the project 4-0.
Signature card changes will be needed for the First Interstate Bank deposit
accounts. Jared Nooney agreed to become
a signnatory. Also, Beth Haivala, Evan Hutchings and Bobby Sadler will be
removed from the list.
