June 2022 Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm, June 11, 2022. In attendance were Lois Lund along with board members Bobby Sadler, Garry Colasardo and Jim Stewart.

Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was presented and approved by a 3-0 vote.

Income Report

May highlights:

• Total revenue was $7,115.88
• Net income was $4,638.93
• Two accounts are unpaid in May. There are no past due account from previous months.

Water Report: A quiet month for the system.

Road Report: A tax deposit of $3,141.90 was received in May.

Old Business: No nominating petitions have yet been received for the two vacancies on the board.

New Business: Jim is meeting with Simon (formerly Hills Materials) on June 14 to discuss Woodland Drive repairs.

The board approved a $133 purchase of an email sending program (SendBlaster) for Jim to allow the sending of emails to the residents including attachments. The previous method was to send out email to all 92 addresses at once which caused a number of spam detectors to block the email and ban the webmaster whills.org account. Jim was using the free version of SendBlaster which did not permit the sending of attachments such as the address list or pet patrol photos.
