March 2022 Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:33pm, March 9, 2022. In attendance were Lois Lund, Ed Striebel (Clearwater Consulting) and board members Bobby Sadler, Garry Colasardo and Jim Stewart.

Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was reviewed and adopted unanimously.

Income Report

February highlights:

• Total revenue was $7810.51
• Net income was $5,033.03
• Three accounts were unpaid in February.

Water Report: The chlorine pump needed repair otherwise it was a calm month for the water system.

Old Business: Bobby drafted a letter for review to the residents of Lark Lane regarding cost sharing for the milling work performed at the entrance of Lark Lane.
