Old Business:  Mike Adam submitted a plan for a  casita (small house) addition to his home that would be connected by a breezeway.  Meade County approved his building permit and there were no objections by the district board members.

Jim will seek crack seal bids for Woodland Drive.

New Business: The board will get some estimates about refurbishing pump-house #2 (on the upper end of Woodland Drive).  The current building is home to mice and chipmunks and needs some TLC.   As part of the refurbishment Jim will ask Dakota Pump if a water leak detector is available that can connect with the SCADA system and alert us to water leaks in the pump-house and well-house.

Jim presented a 2022 budget to the board and we will finalize the numbers at the February meeting.
