December 2021 Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm, December 8, 2021. In attendance were Lois Lund, Ed Striebel (Clearwater Consulting) and board members Jim Stewart and Peggy Severson.

Adoption of Agenda: A quorum did not exist.

Secretary’s Report: A quorum did not exist.

Income Report

November highlights:

• Total revenue was $8,518.67
• Net income was $3,465.58
• Three accounts were unpaid in November.

The South Dakota Public Assurance Association (our insurance underwriter) has not been able to send us an invoice for renewal so the income statement has a $1,700 estimated charge. The SDPAA has told us that we are fully covered and the invoice is delayed because of a software upgrade glitch.

Water Report: Another quiet month for the water system.
