November 2021 DRAFT Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm, November 10, 2021. In attendance were Lois Lund and board members Garry Colasardo, John Knight, Jim Stewart and Bobby Sadler.

Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was adopted unanimously.

Secretary’s Report: The October minutes were approved by a 4-0 vote after a minor correction.

Income Report

October highlights:

• Total revenue was $7,094.30
• Net income was $4,841.21
• Five accounts were unpaid in October and one is past due from September.

Water Report: A quiet month for the water system.

Road Report: A tax deposit of $372.42 was received. Snowplowing expense was $405.

Old Business: None.

New Business: Mike Adam wishes to build a separate bedroom suite on his lot and was seeking a board OK. The water for the suite will be through his current water right and meter. Bobby will ask to see the plans and building permit.
