October 2021 Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:35pm, October 13, 2021. In attendance were Lois Lund and board members Garry Colasardo, John Knight, Jim Stewart, Peggy Severson and Bobby Sadler.

Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was adopted unanimously.

Secretary’s Report: The September minutes were approved by a 5-0 vote.

Income Report

September highlights:

• Total revenue was $8797.91
• Net income was $6,498.53
• Six accounts were unpaid in September and two are past due from August.

Water Report: A quiet month for the water system.

Road Report: A tax deposit of $74.59 was received. The road account has a balance of $36,367. A payment of $1,238.64 was made to Gary Hansen for grading and placing asphalt millings on the first 300 feet of Lark Lane to minimize the amount of gravel that is sluiced onto Woodland Drive during rainstorms. Garry Colasardo stated that the board should not pay for this expense in the future and it should be the residents of Lark Lane to paying this expense.
