Old Business:  The district will hold an election on July 13 to fill one expired term.

The roofing material for the district's buildings is still on order.  The contractor says metal roofing supplies are scare and delivery dates have been severely delayed.  Jeff Ulvestad discovered a service line leak at his home and is repairing it.  His account will be credited for the past four months of water use that exceeded his average use.

New Business: None

Board member comments:  Just after the meeting was adjourned Kurt Klunder, Black Hawk Fire Chief, arrived and briefly chatted with Lois and Jim.  Kurt said the upcoming fire season is expected to be severe.  Kurt asked us to consider installing a suction fire hydrant at one of our reservoirs to allow Black Hawk fire water tenders to refill more quickly in the event of a fire in or around Woodland Hills.  Jim said the board has considered it in the past but the concern over our pumping capacity killed the idea.  Kurt said use of the hydrant would be limited to the Black Hawk FD.  Jim agreed to advise the board of the request.

The non-meeting meeting was adjourned at 7:15pm.
