March 2021 Minutes
The
March meeting of the Woodland Hills Sanitary District board was called to order
at 6:30pm on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
Roll
Call: In
attendance were Lois Lund, Ed Striebel (Clearwater Consulting) and board
members Jim Stewart and Garry Colasardo.
The meeting lack a quorum. No
motions could be made and the meeting proceeded in order to review the income
and water reports and to sign checks for bills.
Adoption

quorum.

The
system was switched to the backup well which will run for a few weeks. It's a regularly scheduled swap to ensure
the backup well is functioning normally.
Road Report: A tax deposit of $661.64
was received and plowing expense was $337.50.
Old
Business: The well-house door repair and roof repairs
are still pending.

Board
member comments: None
Resident
comments: A resident wrote the to board commenting on
some the 5th-wheel trailers/campers and non-operating vehicles parked in the
sub-division in violation of the deed covenants. Jim offered to draft a nag note for the board's approval at the
April meeting.
The
board adjourned the meeting at 6:45pm.
