Income
Report
December
highlights:
Water
Report:
Water
losses were 15% in December (November losses were 12%)
A
quiet month for the water system. Will
Lind from Dakota Pump attended the meeting to explain a hike in the cost of
monitoring our SCADA system. Previously
the annual fee was $999 and now it is $2,340.
The increase is due to additional insurance expense that Dakota Pump
incurred. After a successful defense of
a lawsuit the company was aware they had inadequate liability coverage and the
increase in coverage necessitated a rate increase.
Road
Report: A
tax deposit of 5,883.80 was
received. The board renewed the plowing
service provided by Schulze Landscaping.
Old
Business: The well-house door repair and roof repair
is still pending.
New
Business:
Morford Electric installed dusk-to-down LED light around the Lark Lane building
providing illumination west, north and east sides. Jim filed an insurance claim to recover some of the expense
repairing a burst pipe that took place in June 2020.
Board
member comments: Ski conditions at Terry Peak were
briefly discussed. :-)
Resident
comments: None.
The
board adjourned the meeting at 7:15pm.
Carefully written up to the best of his ability by Jim Stewart.
