WOODLAND HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

April 11, 2012

 

The meeting began at 6:30pm and was held at the Lark Lane meeting hall.  Attending were Randy Alexander, Jim Stewart, Kathy Colasardo, Dick Helmstetter, Lois Lund, and Ed Streibel.

 

Secretary's Report:  Jim read the minutes from the March meeting.  Randy motioned to accept the revised minutes with a 2nd by Kathy.

 

Income Statement:  Income was on the plus side for the month at $2,765.  One of the residents wrote the board taking exception to the policy that the minimum fee of $35 must be paid even if their home is vacant.   Dick motioned to accept the income report with a 2nd by Jim.

 

Water Report:  Water losses were down to 21.8 percent.  Final dirt work was performed on the vault installation at pump house #1.   It was a quiet month for the water system.  Randy motioned to accept the water report with a 2nd by Kathy.

 

Old Business:  The signed petitions for the sanitary district election were turned into the Meade County auditor and have been posted near the news mailbox on Woodland and Eagle.  At this time the election looks like it will be held in late May or early June. 

 

New Business: The board had a planning discussion for the agenda of the annual meeting.

 

The next meeting will be held May 9 at 6:30pm.  This meeting was adjourned at 7:35pm.
