The meeting was started 6:35 pm.  Attending were Randy Alexander, Jim Stewart, Dick Helmstetter, Carol Crozman, Kathy Colasardo and Lois Lund


Secretary's Report:  Jim read the minutes from the July meeting.  They were a bit sloppy with a couple of typos.  The damage was repaired and Kathy motioned to accept the minutes with a 2nd by Dick.


Income Statement:  Net income in July was $490.    Jim made a motion to accept the income statement with a 2nd by Dick.


Water Report:  Ed was unable to attend the meeting.  Water loss was approximately 56% for the month up from 40 percent in June.


Old Business:  Jim spoke with the Black Hawk Fire Department about renting their meeting room.  The cost would be $15.  Assignments for the annual picnic were decided.


New Business:  A phone list is available and will be distributed.


The next meeting will be held September 8th.   This meeting was adjourned at 7:05pm
