WOODLAND HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

April 7, 2010

The meeting was started 6:35pm. Attending were Gary Hansen, Randy Alexander, Jim Stewart, Dick Helmstetter, Carol Crozman, Lois Lund and Ed Striebel.

Secretary's Report: Jim read the minutes from the March meeting. Jim motioned to accept the minutes with a 2^nd by Dick.

Income Statement: Net income in March was $455.

Water Report: Water losses for the month were 37 percent with 7 unpaid water accounts. It has been another calm month for the water system. Jim made a motion to accept the water report and Gary seconded.

Old Business: None

New Business: In executive session the board renewed the contracts of Lois and Ed and approved increases for both. Gary discussed an agenda for the annual meeting to be held April 27^th.

The next meeting will be held May 12^th. This meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm
