Woodland Hills Sanitary District

Special Meeting June 29, 2015

A special meeting of the Woodland Hills Sanitary District was called to order at 6:30PM. In

attendance were: Randy Alexander, Evan Hutchings, Carol Crozman and Beth Haivala. Tyler

Trupe was absent.

The reason for this special meeting is to pass a resolution to appoint Brian Walker, Lois Lund

and Colleen (Coke) Helmstetter as judges of an election to be held by the Woodland Hills

Sanitary District concerning the election of members of the board of Trustees on July 7, 2015.

Randy Alexander made a motion to approve the 3 people mentioned above as judges of the

election to be held on July 7, 2015, seconded by Evan and approved 4-0. This resolution

passed.

This special meeting was adjourned at 6:49PM.
