Woodland Hills Sanitary District

April 20, 2015 Special Meeting


The April Special Meeting of the Woodland Hills Sanitary District was called to order at 6:58PM.

In attendance were: Randy Alexander, Evan Hutchings, Carol Crozman, Beth Haivala and Tyler



This meeting is to approve 2 resolutions by the DENR, these resolutions have been approved

by the DENR and once approved by the WHSD, will be filed with that office.


Resolution to approve #20151


Resolution giving approval to the issuance by Woodland Hills Sanitary District of its drinking

water surcharge revenue bond, series 2015, in an amount not exceeding $481,000 to finance,

directly and indirectly, construction of improvements to the Districtís drinking water system,

approving the form of loan agreement and revenue bond; authorizing the sale of said revenue

bond; pledging drinking water surcharge revenues for servicing debt issued hereunder; and the

manner of execution and issuance of said bond. (Abbreviated)

Randy motioned to approve Resolution #20151,

seconded by Tyler and approved 5-0.


Resolution to approve #20152

Resolution of Woodland Hills Sanitary District to approve a surcharge applicable to users of the

Districtís drinking water system in order to repay a surcharge revenue bond in the principal

amount of $481,000. (Abbreviated)

Randy motioned to approve Resolution #20152,

seconded by Carol and approved 5-0.


The bid package has been received by the Woodland Hills Sanitary District Board along with a

contract from AE2S. Randy made a motion to accept the bid package, seconded by Beth and

approved 5-0.


On March 11, 2015, Dick Helmstetter resigned his position on the Woodland Hills Sanitary

District board. This opening left a position open with 1 year and 2 months remaining on his

position. Tyler Trupe was asked by the board to fill his position. Randy motioned to approve

Tyler Trupe as a Woodland Hills Sanitary District Board member, seconded by Evan and

approved 4-0.


This special meeting was adjourned at 7:35PM.
