Resident comments: John Zogorski was at the meeting to let us know his issues with short term renters bordering his property on Chickadee Lane.  John had trees downed and damaged from the December 2025 wind storm.  While most of the trees have been removed a few still remain and John posted no trespassing signs to ensure no one would be injured if the trees decided to take a tumble before being handled.  Some of the signs were damaged or turned 180 degrees while another was shot up (possibly pellets).  John has called the sheriff's office and will follow up with them.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15pm.
