Call: The February 14, 2024 meeting was called to
order at 6:35pm.
In
attendance at the meeting were board members Garry Colasardo, Jared Nooney and
Jim Stewart. Also attending, Lois Lund
and Dylan Striebel from Clearwater Consulting.
Adoption
of Agenda: The
agenda was adopted with a 3-0 vote.
Secretary’s
Report: The January minutes were approved with a 3-0
vote.

highlights:
The water system renewed its
SCADA monitoring program with Dakota Pump for $2,340. There are five unpaid accounts in January. None past due from December.
Water
Report: Another
quiet month for the water system. One
resident continues with a water leak but is waiting to perform repairs. However, the resident is paying for the
increased usage.

income, no expense. Jared will be
talking to Towey Design about a drainage project for Woodland Dr and the
Lanes. A public vote will be taken when
we have project cost estimates to present.
