Road
Report: There
was a tax deposit of $543 for December.
Road expense included $375 for snow removal and $2,005.37 to the
engineering firm.
The
board discussed the public meeting from January. The attendees at the meeting were in general agreement with
maintaining Woodland Drive. However,
some folks don't want to pay an additional assessment if Lane repair is
excluded while others don't want to pay an assessment if the Lane are included.
The
board decided that the first step in road improvement is fix the drainage
issues for all. The idea is that
drainage repair would minimize future erosion problems on the Lanes. The board will ask Towey Design Group for an
estimate to correct drainage problems such as ditches and culverts and to
present that proposal to the residents.
