Woodland Hills Sanitary District

Special Meeting 8/25/15

A special meeting of the Woodland Hills Sanitary District was held on August 25, 2015. The meeting was called to order at 7:01PM by Randy Alexander.

In attendance: Randy Alexander, Evan Hutchings, Carol Crozman and Beth Haivala. Tyler Trupe was absent.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and define bank authority for each board member.  Great Western Bank is requiring that former board members be taken off and new board members need to sign the signature sheets. They also need to know which members are authorized to do official bank business per their document. The accounts affected are the

Woodland Hills Sanitary District Checking and the Woodland Hills Road District Savings and Checking accounts.

The board members listed below will be authorized to do official bank business regarding the above named accounts.

A. Randy Alexander, President

B. Evan Hutchings, Vice President

C. Carol Crozman, Recording Secretary

D. Beth Haivala, Treasurer

Each board member will be authorized to exercise all powers listed in the bank resolution. Each board member listed above will be authorized  signatures for signing checks. There will be 2 signatures required on all other documents, including withdrawing and transferring of funds, borrowing of money on behalf of the Association, any documents regarding stocks and bonds, real estate or other property or entering into any written lease. This is an abbreviated description of the resolution. (The official signed document is on file with Great Western Bank.)

When new members are elected and any of the above are no longer board members, their signatures will be removed and a new document will need to be signed by all authorized by the current Woodland Hills Sanitary District board.

Each of the board members listed above have signed the signature sheets for the three listed accounts.

Beth Haivala made a motion to accept these minutes and were seconded by Evan Hutchings.  The resolution was passed 4-0.

Respectfully Submitted,

Carol Crozman
