Roll
Call: The November 8, 2023 meeting was called to
order at 6:33pm.
In
attendance at the meeting were board members Garry Colasardo, Jared Nooney and
Jim Stewart. Also attending were Lois
Lund and Dylan Striebel from Clearwater Consulting.
Adoption
of Agenda: The
agenda was adopted with a 3-0 vote.
Secretary’s
Report: The October minutes were approved with a 3-0
vote.

Water
Report: A
pinhole water leak was detected and repaired in the well-house. A service line leak was detected at 7201
Nuthatch Lane and a home owner is repairing a service line at 8104 Woodland
Drive. Five defective water meters were
replaced and sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair. One broke meter transmitter cover was
replaced. Clearwater exercised all the
valves in the system and all were in good working order.

Road
Report: Dylan
will include a notice on the water bills about the December 13 meeting at the
Black Hawk Fire Department. Mike Towey
created a flyer for the meeting that will be made available to the residents. The meeting will discuss the current
condition of the roads and suggested improvements. Also a presentation will be made regarding how to fund the
repairs.
There
was a tax deposit of 83.28 for October.
