May 2022 Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:34pm, May 11, 2022. In attendance were board members Jim Stewart, Bobby Sadler, Garry Colasardo and John Knight.

Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was presented and approved by a 4-0 vote.

Income Report

April highlights:

• Total revenue was $8,142.73
• Net income was $5,439.44
• Two accounts are unpaid in April and one is past due from March.

Water Report: A quiet month for the system.

Road Report: A tax deposit of $1,377.72 was received in April.

Old Business: Vacancy notices were published for the for the upcoming July 5 election. Two people have expressed an interest and were sent nominating petition.

New Business: Jim will get some estimates on a gravel seal of Woodland Drive. The board discussed how to finance the project. One suggestion was loaning funds from the water account to the road account. Another idea was a special road district assessment. No action will be taken until an estimated cost of repair is obtained.
