April 2022 Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm, April 13, 2022. In attendance were Lois Lund, Ed Striebel (Clearwater Consulting) and board members Jim Stewart and Peggy Severson.

Adoption of Agenda: A quorum did not exist an agenda was not adopted and only the income and water reports were received.

Income Report

March highlights:

• Total revenue was $6479.30
• Net income was $3917.46
• One account was unpaid in March everyone else is current no past due.

Water Report: Ed and Jim met with a contractor to plan a rebuild of pump-house #2 on the upper end of Woodland Drive. Because we cannot shutdown the equipment and pumps Quentin proposed to create a new building over the existing pump-house and then tear down the old pump-house from inside. A bid will be submitted.

Road Report: A tax deposit of $651.94 was received in March. Plowing expense was $135.

Old Business: No quorum existed. For the upcoming July election a notice of vacancy will be published on April 26 and May 3. Nominating petitions can be accepted on and after May 26 until June 15.

New Business: No quorum existed .
