August 2021 Minutes

Roll Call: The meeting was called to order at 6:32pm, August 11, 2021. In attendance were Lois Lund, Ed Striebel (Clearwater Consulting) and board members Jim Stewart and Bobby Sadler. A quorum did not exist. The board will review the income and water reports and adjourn.

Adoption of Agenda: No quorum.

Secretary’s Report: No quorum.

Income Report

July highlights:

• Total revenue was $7,281.30
• Net income was $4,482.00
• Two accounts were unpaid in July and two are past due from June.
