September 2019 Minutes
The
September meeting of the Woodland Hills Sanitary District was called to order
at 6:32pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
Roll
Call: Bobby
Sadler established that a quorum existed to conduct the meeting. In attendance were Lois Lund, Ed Striebel
(Clearwater Consulting) and board members Peggy Severson, John Knight and Jim
Stewart. Garry Colosardo was not able to
attend.
Adoption
of Agenda: Bobby
presented the agenda to the board and it was unanimously adopted.
Secretary’s
Report: The
August minutes were reviewed and unanimously approved.
Income
Report:
For
August:
Net
income was $3,819.
Three
accounts were unpaid.
Gallons
pumped was 489,269.
Gallons
pumped a year ago 592,289
Water
Report: Water losses for August were 16.2 percent. Ed reported a quiet month for the water
system.
Road
Report: No tax deposits this
month. Jim will ask B&H Asphalt for
repair estimates on patches for
Old
Business: Bobby is talking to repair person to fix the
door to the well house.

Business: None
