WOODLAND HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

June 13, 2012

The meeting began at 6:36pm and was held at the Lark Lane meeting hall. Attending were Randy Alexander, Jim Stewart, Kathy Colasardo, Carol Crozman, Dick Helmstetter, Lois Lund, and Ed Streibel.

Secretary's Report: Jim read the minutes from the May meeting. They were flawless. Kathy motioned to accept the minutes with a 2^nd by Randy.

Income Statement: Income was on the plus side for the month at $2,750! Jim motioned to accept the income report with a 2^nd by Dick.

Water Report: Water losses were 36 percent. Other than that, it was a quiet month for the water system. Jim motioned to accept the water report with a 2^nd by Kathy.

Old Business: None.

New Business: A new resident had written a letter to the webmaster account asking about building a fence. The board had no disagreement with the plans as stated in the letter and the covenants state: Permissible materials for fence construction in view of the general public are stained or white board, poles, logs, chain link, brick or stone…

The next meeting will be held July 10 at 6:00pm. This meeting was adjourned at 7:10pm.
