WOODLAND HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

May 9, 2012

The meeting began at 6:40pm and was held at the Lark Lane meeting hall. Attending were Randy Alexander, Jim Stewart, Kathy Colasardo, Carol Crozman, Dick Helmstetter, Lois Lund, and Ed Streibel.

Secretary's Report: Jim read the minutes from the April meeting. Two typos were discovered and Jim made a motion to fire himself. Nobody would second it. Randy motioned to accept the revised minutes with a 2^nd by Kathy.

Income Statement: Income was on the plus side for the month at $2,069. Dick motioned to accept the income report with a 2^nd by Jim.

Water Report: Water losses were 31 percent. It was a quiet month for the water system. Jim motioned to accept the water report with a 2^nd by Randy.

Old Business: The Sanitary District election will be held on June 26 at 7pm at the Lark Lane meeting hall. At the June board meeting letters will be stuffed and mailed to all Woodland Hills homes advising residents of the election. The letter will include Dale Hansen’s comparison of the proposed sanitary district to the current homeowner’s association.

New Business: In case the sanitary district is approved Jim will bring a laptop and printer to the election so ballots can be printed to vote in the trustees of the district.

The next meeting will be held June 13 at 6:30pm. This meeting was adjourned at 7:20pm.
