WOODLAND HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

August 10, 2011

The meeting began at 6:39pm. Attending were Randy Alexander, Jim Stewart, Kathy Colasardo, Carol Crozman, Lois Lund and Ed Streibel,

Secretary's Report: Jim read the minutes from the July meeting and Kathy motioned to accept them with a 2^nd by Jim.

Income Statement: $3,000 of income over expenses in July. One resident is now three months late. Randy motioned to accept the income statement with a 2^nd by Dick.

Water Report: Water losses for the month dropped to 23 percent. A pump failed in pump house #1 (near Junco and Woodland Dr). A new pump was installed but a foot valve is faulty and Midco Diving will be coming out to replace that valve. Also a pressure unit failed so the system is running on the float and radio backup to signal the well for water.

Old Business: Plans were made to hold the annual picnic with board members accepting assignments for chicken, corn, liquid refreshment, tables, etc etc. The picnic is being held on August 28.

New Business: None.

The next meeting will be held September 7. This meeting was adjourned at 7:26.
