WOODLAND HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

June 9, 2010

The meeting was started 6:40pm. Attending were Randy Alexander, Jim Stewart, Dick Helmstetter, Carol Crozman, Kathy Colasardo and Lois Lund

Secretary's Report: Jim read the minutes from the May meeting. They were outstanding. Dick motioned to accept the minutes with a 2^nd by Randy.

Income Statement: Net loss in May was $7908. There were two large invoices in May; $3953 for water tanking cleaning and hatch installation and $4225 for the engineering study. One resident is 6 months past due and Jim will write a disconnect notice and send via certified mail with return receipt. Randy made a motion to accept the income statement with a 2^nd by Kathy.

Water Report: Ed was unable to attend the meeting. Water losses for the month were 45 percent, indicating the severity of the leaks we have on the main lines. Jim made a motion to accept the water report with a 2^nd by Carol.

Old Business: None

New Business: The board picked August 29 for the Woodland Hills annual picnic.

The next meeting will be held July 14^th. This meeting was adjourned at 7:54pm
