Water losses have been around the 30 percent area now for the last few

replaced. Ed noted that drums were
stacked around pump house #2 (on Woodland Dr where the road goes to
gravel). After the meeting Randy found
out that the Woodland Hills Road District had gathered those drums for
dispensing gravel and they have been moved.
Jim made a motion to accept the water report with a 2nd by
Carol.
