BOARD MEETING MINUTES for Jan 9^th, 2006

President Jim Stewart brought the meeting to order at 6:30pm. Attending were Jim, Kathy Colasardo, Ev Hutchings, Gary Hansen, Lois Lund & Ed Streibel.

Secretary’s Report

Kathy read the minutes from Dec’s meeting. A motion to accept by Jim, 2^nd by Gary. Minutes passed.

Income Statement

Karl Bleeker gave us a meter reading & check but not enough to cover the past due balance. Kathy made a motion to accept, Ev 2^nd.

Water System Report

Still a water leak somewhere. Ed tried the curb stop magnet instrument on 5-6 curb stops, but didn’t hear anything unusual. Jim motioned to accept, 2^nd by Gary.

Old Business

Loren was absent from this meeting to give us an update on the Jaycox issue. We need to know the latest plan of action & status of his garage project.

New Business

Randy Alexander inquired about the lot at the end of Tanager a few months back & water rights to that lot & it was voted by the Board not to grant additional water rights for the lot. He requested a letter from the Board stating that to show Meade County which would possibly grant him the option of drilling a well on that lot if he decides to purchase. Some research is going to be done on that lot to see if there are covenants with it as it is for sale.
