Call: The June 11 meeting was called to order at
6:36pm. In attendance were board
members Jared Nooney, Garry Colasardo and Jim Stewart. Also attending were Lois Lund and Dylan
Striebel (Clearwater Consulting).

Report: Dylan
reported another quiet month for the system
The water loss was 7.5%. Dylan
is exercising the various valves in the system. He also got a quote from Midco Diving to inspect our tanks,
$6,952. The board made a motion to have
the tanks inspected, it carried 3-0.

tax deposit of $7,451.33 was received.
Expense for May was a $27.51 payment for legal work.
The
board passed a motion to prepare a resolution of necessity for a special
assessment and to schedule and hold a future public hearing for repairs to
Woodland Drive.
