April 2025 Minutes

Roll Call: The April 9, 2025 meeting was called to order at 6:33pm. In attendance at the meeting were board members Garry Colasardo and Jim Stewart. Also attending were Lois Lund and Dylan Striebel (Clearwater Consulting).

Adoption of Agenda: The agenda was read and approved.

Secretary’s Report: The minutes for the March meeting were approved.

Income Report

March highlights:

• Total revenue was $8,199.53
• Net income was $5,617.65

Water Report: Dylan reported a quiet month for the system The water loss was 12.2%.
