Call: The March 12, 2025 meeting was called to
order at 6:36pm. In attendance at the
meeting were board members Garry Colasardo and Jim Stewart. Also attending was Lois Lund.
Adoption
of Agenda: The
agenda was read and approved.
Secretary’s
Report: The minutes for the February meeting were
approved.

February
highlights:
The big expense in February
was $2,340 to Dakota Pump for our SCADA monitoring contract which includes
online access with cell connectivity.
Water
Report: Dylan
reported a quiet month for the system
The water loss was 11.9%. Any
loss rate below 15% is considered normal by the EPA. "National studies indicate that, on average, 14 percent of
the water treated by water systems is lost to leaks." Back in 2010 our loss percentage was 39.1
for February and 59 percent for January.

tax deposit of 1,003.52 was received.
Snowplow expense on February 18 was $300. Just prior to the meeting Jim got some info on what an opt-out
election would entail and will share with the board.
