New
Business:
The board got a quote for legal services from Richard Williams. He has extensive experience with municipal
boards. Jared made a motion to hire
Richard and the vote was 2-0 in favor.
Richard will be hired as needed at an hourly rate of $275 per hour and
$145 per hour for paralegal services.
A
house on Chickadee Lane is vacant and the water bill has gone unpaid for four
months. While no water is being used
the special assessments need to be paid and the board will ask Richard to send
a note to the forwarding address we have of the homeowner to discover who owns
the home now.
