Call: The November 13, 2024 meeting was called to
order at 6:35pm. In attendance at the
meeting were board members Garry Colasardo, Jared Nooney and Jim Stewart. Also attending was Lois Lund.

Report: No minutes for October as the meeting was
canceled.

insurance invoice from South Dakota Public Assurance Alliance of $2,123.02
Water
Report: Clearwater
Consulting reported a quiet month for the water system. The state of South Dakota required that
Clearwater send out mailers to the ~60 homes that have not filled out a lead
pipe survey.

Road
Report: Dakota
Asphalt (DA) completed the patch and chip seal from Lark Lane to the
summit. However, there is a
disagreement between the board and DA over a $5,400 charge for bid vs used
asphalt tonnage. Garry and Jim will
meet with DA and work out an acceptable agreement.
