Income Report

July highlights:

The leak repair near pump-house #2 was the major expense for July at $7,313.

There were 4 unpaid accounts in July and 3 past due from June.

Water Report: A lightning strike shorted out a transducer at the Lark Lane tanks.  Dakota Pump replaced it.  A couple of transducers have been replaced in the last year because of lightning.  There's a surge protection device that could protect the transducers.  But the surge protection would have to be replaced after each strike and the replacement cost is equal to the price of a transducer.  However, Dakota Pump believes the transducer might be electrically isolated by a plastic mount and that could offer protection from a strike.  The board agreed and Clearwater will ask Dakota Pump to proceed with the idea.
