Roll Call: The July 10, 2024 meeting was canceled due to a lack of a quorum.

Income Report

June highlights:

• Total revenue was $7,818.96
• Net income was $5,202.56

There were no unpaid or past due accounts.

Water Report: A leak on the main line was repaired near Pump-house 2 near 9005 Woodland Drive. An asphalt patch will be applied after the fill has time to dry out. Pump-house meter readings indicated a drop from roughly 1,000 gallons per day to 500.

A lightning strike damaged a transducer at the Lark Lane tanks and the SCADA system reported a communication failure at the same time. Both have been repaired. Lightning is hitting the ground near the tanks so lightning mitigation would (lightning rods) not be helpful.
